As an After-sales Service Expert, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the ongoing reliability of their equipment.

Your Role:

  • Coordinate the supply of spare parts to domestic and international customers.
  • Provide expert advice on tools, spare parts, and maintenance best practices.
  • Prepare and process customer orders with attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Offer technical solutions and troubleshooting support in collaboration with our engineering team.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support clients effectively.
  • Support warranty claims and service-related documentation.

What You Bring:

  • Technical background or experience in mechanical or industrial equipment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in logistics or order processing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English or French; additional languages are a bonus.

Drill Maintenance Technician

At Agiva International, we pride ourselves on delivering high-performance drilling solutions backed by expert service. As a Drill Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our rigs operate efficiently and reliably — whether in the workshop, over the phone, or on-site.

Your Role:

  • Build, maintain, and repair drilling rigs and equipment.
  • Work across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues via phone or remote support.
  • Perform on-site service visits when needed to resolve technical faults.
  • Replace pumps, repair wiring, calibrate controls, and perform other field interventions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to resolve complex issues.

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems — ideally in a drilling or heavy equipment context.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments.
  • A proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Technical education or relevant vocational training.
  • A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work in diverse environments.

Mechanical Design Engineer

From concept to component – you bring it to life and create

Agiva International is not only a distributor, but also a machine manufacturer serving the drilling market (desanders, wellpointers,…). As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department, where machines are fully developed, built, and tested in-house.

Your Role:

  • Contribute to the mechanical design of machines and structures
  • Develop concepts and prototypes in collaboration with designers
  • Think along about structure, loads, stability, and manufacturability
  • Liaise with production and assembly during the realization of designs
  • Test and evaluate prototypes at customer sites in the field.
  • Adjust designs based on test results and feedback
  • Structure the upscaling to safe, robust, economically manufacturable products

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Interest in machine building, construction, and product development
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to practical feasibility
  • Eager to learn, hands-on, and motivated
  • No experience required – graduates are welcome
