Earth Crusher or Tricone Bit

“EARTH CRUSHER” drag bits. Specially designed for soft to medium-hard formations (such as clay, gravel, sand, or mixtures thereof), these bits are successfully used for high-speed vertical drilling in geothermal and water well projects. The effectiveness of these bits has already been proven repeatedly across both the US and Europe.

The wings are positioned at an angle in the drilling direction to maximize the bit’s penetration into the ground. This specific angle was determined through extensive testing of various configurations, recently achieving optimal performance across multiple drilling operations in diverse soil layers.
