Technical employee after-sales service
Job content
As a technical employee after-sales service, you are responsible for the timely delivery of spare parts to customers and the workshop. The orders must be processed in the ERP package and transports must be planned with carriers. You are familiar with consulting parts books, electrical and hydraulic diagrams, and identifying the suitable part. You must be both administratively and technically strong for this.
You are an important link between the commercial and operational departments. You will therefore often maintain contacts with suppliers and customers to ensure the correct processing of incoming and outgoing orders. You will prepare orders for both customers and technicians.
You will end up in a versatile technical position where you will contribute operationally and strategically to the further development of the after-sales service.

Profile
- Technical background: Electromechanics, hydraulics or electricity
- You are stress-resistant and goal-oriented

- You keep your appointments
- Driving licence B and forklift certificate is a plus
- You speak/write Dutch and English well, French is a plus
- You have a strong interest in machines.

Service engineer grondboormachines
Job content
As a service engineer you are responsible for both the construction and preventive and curative maintenance of ground drilling machines (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic). Thanks to your strong technical knowledge, you assist the customer by telephone to the right solution to the problem. When necessary, you are willing to travel to our customer to provide the necessary service (fixing electrical faults, replacing pumps...).
Function
- Interventions and maintenance on the drilling machines
- Address technical issues with machines
- Investigate the cause of the problem
- Comes up with a good solution so that the customer can continue working
Profile
- You have knowledge of mechanics, electricity and hydraulics.
- A basic knowledge of welding and turning is a plus.
- You have at least two years of experience in mechanical engineering and can read plans.
- You are a real problem solver and you treat our customer like a king.
- Driving licence B and forklift certificate is a plus
- You are eager to help build a young company in full growth!
Administrative accounting assistant
Function
- You are responsible for the correct administrative processing of orders and deliveries
- You help with entering purchase invoices and ensure that the VAT and intrastat declaration runs smoothly
- You take care of the invoicing to the customers
- You provide support for debtor management
- You do telephone reception and follow up general mail traffic
- You adjust the website
- You post messages on facebook/linked-in, …
- You help with the organization of events (mainly fairs)
- You provide administrative support for projects
Profile
- You have an Office Management degree or equivalent through experience
- A basic knowledge of accounting/business management is a must
- Knowledge of Office
- You are dynamic and can handle working in a busy environment
- Accuracy and service are made for you
- You can work independently
- You are mature and no-nonsense
- Good basic knowledge of Dutch, French and English is a must. Other languages are definitely a plus.
