ClayMan
Efficient particle separation.
The ClayMan
The Agiva Clayman is a drill recycling unit designed to remove clay and grindings during drilling operations via a hydraulically powered conveyor belt. The unit mixes drilling fluid additives and polymers directly into the cuttings using a venturi mixer, allowing the driller to monitor the condition of the drilling fluid during drilling.
In combination with a desanding cyclone or the Agiva Sandman, the Clayman can separate sand from the drilling waste, keeping the drilling waste in optimal condition. The drilling waste tank provides space for a hydraulic submersible pump, which enhances recirculation to an external desanding device. Thanks to its self-cleaning design, the tank remains low-maintenance. The Agiva Clayman offers efficient and reliable recycling of drilling waste for various drilling projects.
