Our customers hold our aftersales employees in high regard! Thanks to your passion for technology, you help ensure that our customers keep their machines running. You build a bridge between the customer and the company's technical service. You work with suppliers and transporters to get the right parts to the right place on time. You dive into parts books, electrical, and hydraulic diagrams to provide a solid solution for the customer. You will prepare orders for both customers and technicians in collaboration with the warehouse manager.

Prevention is better than cure, so in the long run, you will provide the customer with the right advice for purchasing tools, spare parts, etc.

You will end up in a versatile technical position where you will contribute operationally and strategically to the further development of the after-sales service.
