You assist our team with the administrative tasks involved in designing, building, and delivering machines. This means you will process purchase and sales invoices in a timely manner and keep track of colleagues' work hours per project. Thanks to your affinity for accounting, you help prepare the monthly VAT returns. You thrive on administrative simplification and streamline administrative processes. You also handle first-line reception and enjoy telephone contact with clients and suppliers. You take the lead in promoting our company, both through magazines, the website, and social media channels.

Profile

  • You are a dynamic profile who can’t sit still.
  • You exude commercial confidence supported by your technical knowledge and passion.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of drilling machines.
  • With your commercial flair and product knowledge, you know how to convince clients of our equipment.
  • You are a smooth, independent communicator with the necessary assertiveness.
  • You are proficient with a PC and current business software.
  • Regular travel within the Benelux and Italy is no problem for you.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. German is a plus.
